Our son has attended NECCC for the last 4 years and from the first time I visited, I knew I wanted to get him into this centre. The staff are so warm and caring and the environment is very carefully considered to give children as many opportunities as possible to learn, explore and (most importantly) play! It’s hard being away from my little boy but it’s made so much easier knowing that the staff genuinely care for the children and their well-being, providing activities relating to their particular interests and nurturing their friendships with each other.  Our son loves his ‘teachers’ and is very sad about having to leave them to go to school. We love everything about the centre and can’t recommend it highly enough.

My little man has been attending North East Community Children’s Centre since August and has settled so amazingly into the Joey Room. Morning drop offs are a breeze, as he is always excited to come here, reaching out for any educator from the Joey team. Whilst attending here, I have had full confidence that my little man is not only safe, but is eating well, sleeping well and most importantly learning and having fun whilst doing it. I can’t praise enough the team here at North East for their commitment to making not only my little man, but all children feel safe, secure and supported. I absolutely love this service and everyone involved in making this environment so welcoming.

High quality service with excellent, committed, long-term educators. The non-profit and child-centered care philosophies are evident in everything they do. Everyone is really approachable, they listen to parent feedback and are always looking for small and big ways to improve the service. Great yards and food. Our daughter has been there for 2 and a half years and loves it. We also love that there is no charge for public holidays or nappies, food etc.

My daughter attended NECCC for 2.5 years prior to starting pre-school and we had a wonderful experience. The staff are thoughtful and caring, and we couldn’t have hoped for more in a childcare centre. We cherish the time our daughter spent there during her early years of life.

My daughter and now my son have attended here. They flourished and grew through the amazing educators (whom show longevity and loyalty), awesome environment and enriching experiences provided. Such a wonderful centre that really do treat your kids so beautifully.

And the food! My kiddos love it (and i love they get a great, healthy, varied diet 👌😊

Both my children have attended NECCC over the last 7 years. I could not be happier with my choice of centre. The staff are very experienced and so committed to nurturing each child’s interests. The natural outdoor spaces are amazing.

My daughter is so happy attending this facility. Since moving to this child care. It’s been the best thing we have done. She is much happier. Everytime we leave the carpark, she says to me, mummy I’m happy. That to me is everything. The staff have been amazing, friendly and care for each kid. Highly recommend.

My daughter attended this childcare and I cannot recommend this Children’s centre enough. The team here all work together to create a lovely atmosphere for the children to thrive. If you have a child around the area, I highly recommend you check this centre out. The team has greatly supported my daughter into a loving and confident person. Definitely 5 stars! My older son had attended NECCC since one year old. He had good time at this centre. Staff were lovely and activities were well designed and children focused. I created two photo albums for his happy time at NECCC and I feel blessed each time when I look at those photos. It is just a great experience. I had to send my younger daughter to another centre due to multiple reasons. Now I transferred her back to NECCC and that’s the very right choice I’ve made. I still feel home when I walked into the centre with my little girl as all staff are still here!! My little girl settled very well here and I can tell she is also having good time at the centre. Staff here truly care about children and know about your child. The whole team is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!

I have had three children attend this service over 6+ years and only have good things to say about it. From the friendly and nurturing staff to cleanliness, facilities, meals, communication… Etc. in every area they work hard to be be five out of five and definitely exceed expectations. I would highly recommend to everyone.

We toured 8 childcare centres around the area at the start of 2023 before deciding on NECCC. And the more I hear about other centres the happier I am with the decision.

The staff have been there for years, they are all lovely, and were so good settling my daughter into the centre. They were flexible with our needs and her naps and my toddler has much more confidence from being there. She is so happy at drop off and knows nearly everyone there.

Our toddler has been going 5 days a week since October 2023. We love the centre and the staff. Thank you so much for creating fun, safe space for our little man. We love the family activity nights and the excellent communication the centre has with parents. I highly recommend this centre.

Absolutely fantastic childcare centre! I visited 6 other places in our area before finding this hidden gem. The teachers are all so welcoming and friendly and the outdoor area is massive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Such a beautiful little centre with caring long term staff, great activities and a safe environment for the kids!! My 2 year old loves going here and can explore and do all the things his growing mind needs! Highly recommend going here!
